Who I Help
I support children and young people who experience developmental differences or delays that impact their ability to participate fully in everyday activities at home, in school, and in play. This includes children with autism (ASD), ADHD, and other neurodevelopmental profiles, as well as children who present with motor, sensory, or perceptual difficulties without a formal diagnosis.
Children I work with may experience challenges in one or more of the following areas:
• Fine motor skills, including pencil control, pre-writing and handwriting
• Gross motor skills such as balance, coordination, and core stability
• Motor planning and coordination
• Sensory processing differences, including sensory sensitivity or sensory-seeking behaviours
• Visual perception and visual-motor integration
• Participation in classroom tasks and everyday routines
Occupational therapy focuses on understanding each child’s unique strengths and needs and providing practical, individualised support to improve functional skills, confidence, and independence in daily life.
